I have been suffering from grass allergy, also known as hay-fever, for most of my life. When I was a kid I got some serious hay-fever, asthma-like attacks. When I was 27 years old I had a very busy and hectic lifestyle. I used all my time at work, even my off-time. I was member of a gym but the problem was that I almost never visited the gym because lack of time and my eating habit were very poor. I wasted a lot of money on a gym membership that I almost never used and then I wasted a lot of money of junk food. Instead of cooking my own food I bought oily pizzas and kebab every day. For snack I bought pastries and drank Chocolate milk. It was a very stressful time and fun as well, but I forgot to think about my health habits. I was working many hours a day and was so focused at my work task that I did not give myself any healthy spare time. But within a couple of years I realized that I was more tired and exhausted than previously. I measured my weight and got a shock. I was at least ten kilo overweight. It literally shocked me, because I had never been overweight in my life. But I made a decision to change my lifestyle ASAP. And lose the excessive body fat. I wrote down my personal diet and fitness plan and followed it strictly for two months. And actually to my own surprise I lost all the ten kilos and more. After eight weeks I was in super shape again!
And this is what I did. I read that 80% of weight loss is about diet. So I really had to be strict in this area. And cut down on my calorie intake and add more protein to my diet. For breakfast I eat one cup of raw oatmeal with milk and little sugar and one glass of water. An apple for mid-morning snack. For lunch I ate half a brown bread with full corn oats. And meat topping. And two glasses of water. And two digestive cookies. For dinner I ate a healthy homemade meal. Pasta etc. I actually ate a big portion every night and drank water as well. Sometime even with desserts. For my exercise routines I decided to walk at least one hour every afternoon and then after dinner around 9pm I did 45 minutes spinning on a spinning bike and some weight training and 50 pushups and one glass of water before bedtime. I did this almost every day. And after two months I had more energy and was skinny slim. My body fat was gone and in those two months I did not run at all. My diet was strict but I got used to it. When reviewing my exercise routines I think I lost more Wright by walking than using the spinning bike. But I stopped biking and kept on walking and kept of the body fat. Anyone can do this but it takes discipline and inner strength to do this, but you can do this! Everything is possible!
